\uff08m\uff09\u51fa\u4e8e\u4fc3\u9500\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5411\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0e\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u7ade\u8d5b\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u548c\/\u6216\u6d3b\u52a8\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u6c47\u96c6\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u4e4b\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u90a3\u4e9b\uff09\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8425\u9500\u3001\u5e7f\u544a\u548c\u4fc3\u9500\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u6750\u6599\u548c\/\u6216\u6587\u4ef6) \u6c47\u96c6\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5176\u9644\u5c5e\u8425\u9500\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\/\u5173\u8054\u516c\u53f8\uff09\u6216\u6b64\u7c7b\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53ef\u80fd\u6b63\u5728\u9500\u552e\u3001\u8425\u9500\u3001\u4fc3\u9500\u3001\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u53c2\u4e0e\u6216\u63a8\u5e7f\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u6b64\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u548c\/\u6216\u6d3b\u52a8\u73b0\u5728\u5b58\u5728\u8fd8\u662f\u5728\u672a\u6765\uff1a<\/span><\/p>

\uff08i\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u90ae\u5bc4\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u4f20\u8f93\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u5730\u5740\uff0c\u548c\/\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e 3 DNC \u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u901a\u4fe1\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u7b26\u5408 PDPA\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u968f\u65f6\u901a\u8fc7\u5411\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u5b98\u53d1\u9001\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u6765\u9009\u62e9\u9000\u51fa\u3002\u4e3a\u514d\u4ea7\u751f\u7591\u95ee\uff0c\u4e0e\u4e0b\u6587 (ii) \u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u672c\u9690\u79c1\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u9002\u7528\u6216\u60a8\u63a5\u53d7\u6216\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u5373\u6784\u6210\u60a8\u5bf9\u672c\u6587 (i) \u9879\u7684\u540c\u610f\uff1b\u548c\/\u6216<\/span><\/p>

\uff08ii\uff09\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5355\u72ec\u8868\u793a\u540c\u610f\u4ee5\u4e0b 3 \u79cd DNC \u6a21\u5f0f\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u6216\u591a\u79cd\uff0c\u200b\u200b\u901a\u8fc7\u8bed\u97f3\u7535\u8bdd\u3001\u77ed\u4fe1\u6216\u4f20\u771f\u7684 3 \u79cd\u901a\u4fe1\u6a21\u5f0f\uff08\u201c3 \u79cd DNC \u6a21\u5f0f\u201d\uff09\u53d1\u9001\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7535\u8bdd\u53f7\u7801\uff0c\u7b26\u5408PDPA \u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/span><\/p>

For the avoidance of doubt, this subparagraph is without prejudice to subparagraph (r) below for which you have hereby consented to us contacting you for a survey, which you may subsequently opt out of by sending our Data Protection Officer notice;<\/span><\/p>

(n) carrying out due diligence or other screening activities (including background checks) in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations (whether Singapore or foreign Country\/Region) applicable to us or our affiliates\/associated companies, the requirements or guidelines of governmental authorities (whether Singapore or foreign Country\/Region) which we determine are applicable to us or our affiliates\/associated companies, and\/or our risk management procedures that may be required by law (whether Singapore or foreign Country\/Region) or that may have been put in place by us or our affiliates\/associated companies;<\/span><\/p>

(o) to prevent or investigate any fraud, unlawful activity, omission or misconduct, whether or not there is any suspicion of the aforementioned; dealing with and\/or investigating complaints;<\/span><\/p>

(p) complying with or as required by any applicable law, court order, order of a regulatory body, governmental or regulatory requirements of any jurisdiction applicable to us or our affiliates\/associated companies, including meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding us or our affiliates\/associated companies, and\/or for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities (whether of Singapore or elsewhere), with which we or our affiliates\/associated companies are expected to comply;<\/span><\/p>

(q) Abiding with or as required by any request or direction of any governmental authority (whether Singapore or foreign Country\/Region) which we are expected to comply with; or responding to requests for information from public agencies, ministries, statutory boards or other similar authorities (including but not limited to Singapore Customs and Ministry of Health) (whether Singapore or foreign Country\/Region). For the avoidance of doubt, this means that we may\/will disclose your Personal Data to such parties upon their request or direction;<\/span><\/p>

(r) conducting research (including customer research), surveys, market surveys, analysis and\/or development activities (including but not limited to data analytics, surveys and\/or profiling) to improve our services and facilities, or to improve our understanding of your interests, concerns and preferences, in order to enhance any continued interaction between yourself and us connected or in relation to the Site, or improve any of our products or services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we may\/will in this regard send you surveys or request a face to face interview survey, by way of email or postal mail;<\/span><\/p>

(s) dealing with and\/or facilitating a business asset transaction or a potential business assert transaction, where such transaction involves Huiji Singapore as a participant or involves only a related corporation or affiliated company of Huiji Singapore as a participant or involves Huiji Singapore and\/or any one or more of Huiji Singapore\u2019s related corporations or affiliated companies as participant(s), and there may be other third party organisations who are participants in such transaction. \u201cBusiness asset transaction\u201d means the purchase, sale, lease, merger or amalgamation or any other acquisition, disposal or financing of an organisation or a portion of an organisation or of any of the business or assets of an organisation;<\/span><\/p>

(t) to implement and maintain our information technology systems, including to store and process Personal Data in computer databases and servers located within and outside Singapore;<\/span><\/p>

(u) anonymization of your Personal Data. In this regard, you acknowledge that Personal Data that has been anonymized is no longer Personal Data and the requirements of the PDPA would no longer apply to such anonymized data;<\/span><\/p>

(v) record-keeping purposes and producing statistics and research for internal and\/or statutory reporting and\/or record-keeping requirements, of Huiji Singapore or of its affiliates\/related corporations; and<\/span><\/p>

(w) Huiji\u2019s Singapore, Huay Feng Hang Group Companies\u2019 or Huay Feng Hang\u2019s parent corporation\u2019s reporting purposes including but not limited to reporting on Huiji Singapore\u2019s business performance (\u201cHuiji Singapore Group Companies\u201d means Huiji Singapore, its marketing affiliates, related corporations and associated companies globally);<\/span><\/p>

(the purposes set out in this paragraph above shall be collectively referred to as the \u201cPurposes\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

For the avoidance of doubt, you acknowledge and consent to Huiji Singapore sharing anonymised information such as but not limited to in the following circumstances. For the further avoidance of doubt, the PDPA does not apply to anonymised data that does not identify an individual and the PDPA does not provide you with a right to object to an organisation handling or processing anonymised data:<\/span><\/p>

(a) Aggregate information. We may share anonymised aggregate information about our customers with advertisers and marketing partners;<\/span><\/p>

(b) Behavioural-based advertising. A third party may use technology to collect anonymised information about your use of Site so that they can provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interest.
